I founded this company to share my knowledge and experience after working in senior international management positions in great multinational companies for decades.

My fields of expertise

Throughout my career I was engaged in setting up and managing international Sales and Marketing organisations.

The rationalization and implementation of Go-To-Market models (G2M) for various markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia were always core to my roles and with this, all questions related to Direct- and Indirect Channel Management. I enjoyed working with hundreds of indirect Channel Partners throughout the regions, I was involved in Post Merger Integration activities and naturally in numerous re-organisations in multi-national companies.

The industry I am most familiar with is investment goods and services for Healthcare (business to business B2B). But I was also developing programs to manage channel partners in business to consumer settings (B2C).

In my work I realised the great multiplying effect that sharing ideas, knowledge and experience amongst people and organizations has. In sharing, the sum becomes much more than it’s parts. The purpose of my consulting company that consists of me and my network of people is best summarised in its tag-line: „Connecting Knowledge. Building bridges.“

Way of Working

We strongly believe that:

  • each business situation and -system requires a specific tailor-made approach. There are no ‘one fits all’ solutions or generic answers to given issues
  • ‘if all you have is answers, you will have no future, because the questions keep changing’
  • teaming up with others broadens the perspective and leads to substantially improved outcome

Therefore, the first step when engaging with a client, is an intensive dialogue in which all relevant questions are asked. The dialogue with the client’s team brings the real issues to the surface and leads to a clear mutual understanding of the individual situation at hand. Only when this is established, the discussion about the options for the desired future state can start.

Together with the client’s team viable paths to the intended future state are explored, considering the available – and to be pulled – resources, possible constraints, variables and risk. This leads to a number of options to choose from. It is our experience that the client, being deeply engaged in the dialogue from the beginning, finds it easy to make the final selection of the intended development steps.

We act as facilitator for the dialogue, the questions, the analysis and the decision making and as strong and challenging sparring partner with experience in similar situations. We offer our rich practical international experience, our expertise in the application of methodologies and tools and the knowledge what works and what pitfalls might loom in international business environment. Finally, we can accompany the client in facilitating and monitoring the implementation of the chosen development.

As trainer we first understand the client’s ambitions and goals, adapt our training modules, workshops and tools to the client’s specific needs and ensure participants‘ engagement and understanding during the delivery phase. We are available after the training for further clarifications and support in specific situations and can offer an organizational maturity check 6 months after the training to measure efficiency and impact. No training event alone will change an organizational behavior, only consistent practical application in real life will bring the desired results.
